Things I added to this dive bar that were not present in the map that inspired me include the bathrooms, the barrier to entry system (I like to keep all my bars and casinos off limits to underage sims now), and the karaoke machine. Building a replica lot is a challenge of its own indeed, because I needed to find ways to make my lot look as similar as possible to the original inspiration. Therefore, I cannot take full credit for the design of this lot–only the ways it was adjusted to make it available for the Sims.
This new dive bar community lot was inspired by a map in my other favourite game XCOM: Enemy Unknown.
